With over 25 years of personal yoga practice and certification through the IYTA Yoga Teacher Training program, she enjoys sharing her knowledge of this ancient practice, teaching Hatha Yoga, Chair Yoga and Restorative Yoga. She has a deep understanding and passion for the practice of Meditation and finds great joy in sharing that wisdom in her Meditations sessions.
Teaching Yoga and Meditation is one of the most joyful and fulfilling parts of her life, and she is dedicated to guiding others on their wellness journey.
